Shipping & Returns

Customer experience and satisfaction is of utmost importance to us at Rug & Weave. We aim to answer every email within 2 business days and respond to customer inquiries on Facebook and Instagram DM within 24 hours. Kindly review our shipping and return policy, and let us know if you have any questions! 

::Shipping::

All shipments are sent via Canada Post with tracking# provided. 
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days, at which time you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.
    • You can expect to receive your item(s) within 2-6 business days once your item(s) are shipped.
    • Shipping is FREE on orders over $150 CAD. $10 flat rate shipping for all orders under $150 CAD.

:: Returns::

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product(s) to obtain return information.
  • A store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card once we receive your returned product(s). Your store credit never expires, and can be used on any future purchase(s).
  • We will happily accept returns of unused items in the same condition in which they were shipped. 
  • The shipper is responsible for the costs associated with returning the item(s). 
  • Please email info@rugandweave.com for return shipping address prior to shipping your product(s) back.
